            • What are the truck park opening times?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

            • How many spaces are available?
Our truck park has 430 spaces and 140 spaces for refrigerated trailers.

            • What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept : 

• Credit cards (Shell, DKV, Morgan Fuels, Logpay, AS24, TFC Card, E100 Card, UTA, RESA Travis, Eurowag)
• Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Dedicated application (TRAVIS, SNAP)
• American Express
• Electronic toll collection (Tis-PL, Eurotoll, Telepass)
• Other means of payment (TFC, Plose, Diesel 24)

            • What services are available?

On site, drivers have access to :

• A relaxation room with television, pool table, tables and chairs and board games
• Sanitary facilities (showers, toilets)
• Laundry facilities (washing machines and tumble dryers)
• vending machines for drinks, snacks and baguettes
• Wi-Fi

A LIDL shop is a 20-minute walk away.

            • Can I eat at Calais TruckStop?
A food truck is available in our truck park for lunch or dinner.

            • How do I get to the truck park?
We are located in Calais on the edge of the A16 motorway, take exit 48 Transmarck for safe parking.

            • Do I need to reserve my parking in advance?
No, you don't need to reserve your parking space. We accept HGVs as long as there is space available.

            • Is it possible to complete my customs formalities in the truck park?
The ASA customs agency has premises on our site that are open 7 days a week, enabling you to clear all types of goods through customs.
